While Medical Alliance of Southern New Jersey accepts most health insurance plans, many insurance plans are now considered "tiered" plans, and have different levels of costs. It is important to check with your health insurance plan to see what level of coverage you will receive for your specified visit. Even if your insurance plan is listed below, additional referrals or authorizations may be required. Some services may not be covered by your insurance coverage. Please contact your health insurance plan or employer for your specific questions.
Horizon BCBS, Aetna US Healthcare, Medicare, Cigna, United Healthcare, Qualcare, Horizon NJ Health(established patients only), Tricare, Amerihealth, Wellcare, Clover, Horizon Total Care, Oxford, Horizon BCBS Omnia.
We accept most secondary insurances as well.
