Maurice Sheetz, MD, CCD®, believes in a team approach to ensure his patients’ optimal health. This board-certified internal medicine physician serves patients at Medical Alliance of Southern New Jersey in Vineland, where he specializes in pulmonology and critical care medicine. He also is certified as a clinical densitometrist specializing in osteoporosis by the International Society of Clinical Densitometry.

Trained in internal medicine at Englewood Hospital in New Jersey, Dr. Sheetz then completed his fellowship in pulmonary and critical care at St. Luke's Roosevelt Hospital Centre at Columbia University's College of Physicians & Surgeons in New York City. His wide range of experience includes serving in the US Air Force from as a medical corpsman during the Vietnam era.

Dr. Sheetz serves the medical community and stays up to date in the field as a member of the New Jersey Medical Society, American Medical Association, American Thoracic Society, Southern Medical Association, Cumberland County Medical Society, and the International Society for Clinical Densitometry.

Dr. Sheetz and his wife live in Millville and have two grown children. In his spare time, this devoted family man is an avid drummer and holds a 4th-degree black belt in Kosho Ryu Kempo.
